My running philososphy is based on the principle of low heart rate running, known as Maximum Aerobic Function (MAF). By keeping my heart rate within a specific range, I can build endurance while reducing the risk of injury and overexertion. The focus is on long-term health and sustainable progress rather than speed or competition.
